Direkt am Südostrand von Sønderborg, Als, reicht der Sønderskov mit seinen gut ausgeprägten 'Celtic Fields' bis an die heutige städtische Bebauung. Zahlreiche Grabhügel liegen dazwischen und vor allem auf der Anhöhe im Südosten der Grafik. An zwei Stellen, im Osten und in Norden, gibt es kleinere Partien mit Wölbbeeten. Nur im Norden ist zu beobachten, dass sie die offenbar älteren 'Celtic Fields' überlagern. Directly on the south-eastern edge of Sønderborg, Als, the Sønderskov with its well-pronounced 'Celtic Fields' extends to the present urban development. Numerous burial mounds lie in between and especially on the ridge in the south-east of the graphic. In two places, to the east and north, there are smaller sections of ridge-and-furrow fields.
