Nördlich von Saaringen, einem Stadteil von Brandenburg an der Havel, liegen im Grünland fragmentarisch erhaltene, aber gut ausgeprägte 'Celtic Fields' vom Typ Przemęt, dazwischen Grabhügel eines slawenzeitlichen Gräberfelds. Deutlich sind die etwas stärker ausgeprägten Raine der übergeordneten Parzellen von denen der sekundären quadratischen Unterteilungen von je knapp 20 m Kantenlänge zu unterscheiden. Diese Stelle ist gleichsam ein Bindeglied zwischen dem polnischen Fundstellen dieses Typs und denen im anhaltinischen Burgenland und in Bayern. Die seltene Lage der Fragmente im Grünland und deren gute Erhaltung eröffnet außergewöhnliche Untersuchungsmöglichkeiten. – Die Kenntnis dieser Fundstelle verdanke ich Moritz Kaliner von der HS Neubrandenburg. To the north of Saaringen, a municipal suburb of Brandenburg an der Havel, there are fragmentary but well-pronounced 'Celtic Fields' of the Przemęt type in the grassland, with burial mounds of a Slavic burial ground in between. The somewhat more pronounced embankments of the superordinate plots can be clearly distinguished from those of the secondary square subdivisions, each with an edge length of just under 20 m. This site is, as it were, a link between the Polish sites of this type and those in Saxonian-Anhalt Burgenland and Bavaria.
